CCMC has entered into an agreement with W. L. of Nevada, Inc. to provide development consulting services for Ascaya, an exclusive hillside community near Las Vegas, Nevada. Our consulting products will include a full-cycle budget, governance review and lifestyle and amenity recommendations.
Situated nearly 1,000 feet above the valley floor, this guard-gated, 664-acre development will boast the area’s most distinctive collection of private estates. The highest point will be 150 feet above the Stratosphere. The view from the top will feature Las Vegas and the Strip to the north, Black Mountain to the east, McCullough Mountains to the south and Mount Charleston to the west. Ribbons of ascending rock walls will wind through 313 choreographed estate sites. Many will feature 180-degree vistas. A few will bask in 360-degree panoramas.
