We have Community Management site position(s) available in FL, and Anthem, CO

The ideal candidate must have extensive community management experience, design review background, exhibit strong leadership skills, a professional attitude, and a strong work ethic, be well spoken, able to multi-task/prioritize and provide a total commitment to the highest customer service possible. In addition to community association management experience, be honest, have a high level of integrity, be respectful of others and innovative. CCMC is currently seeking candidates with exceptional leadership and communication skills to fill the critical position of Assistant Community Manager at Celebration, FL. This high-profile position will report directly to Celebration’s Executive Director, a former National President of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and one of the industry’s foremost experts. Celebration’s Assistant Community Manager will work with a 28-member staff to preserve, protect and enhance the following:

·         All Operational Aspects of the Celebration Residential Owners Association

·         Community Management of Sub-Associations and Service Areas

·         Architectural Control and Covenants Enforcement

·         Common Area, Sub-Association and Service Area Facilities

·         Recreation Amenities and Programs

·         Food & Beverage/Private Club Management

The Community Accountant responsibilities include: preparing financial statements for a group of community associations as assigned. Assisting community managers with financial questions and finding solutions for client issues related to financial reporting. We have a full time Facilities Coordinator position located in Goodyear, AZ.

The ideal candidate must have extensive maintenance and landscape experience, exhibit strong leadership skills, a professional attitude and a strong work ethic. The duties include but not limited to over see landscape and maintenance contracts, assist in supervising four onsite maintenance technicians, regular site visits of the community and working closely with the developer. This position will oversee, supervise and manage all operational aspects of the community association, including, but not limited to, the following: property management of sub-associations and service areas, architectural control and covenants enforcement, common area, sub-association and service area facilities, recreation facilities and programs.
