Tony Ledvina was promoted to division president in 2007 and now provides executive leadership and client consultation in Colorado and Utah. Tony joined CCMC nearly 20 years ago as community manager for Estrella in Goodyear, Arizona, which encompasses 20,000 acres and will eventually include 45,000 households. During his tenure at Estrella, the community grew to 3,000 homes; construction was completed on the Starpointe Residents Club – a national award-winning recreation center – and a dedicated CCMC team was established.
Tony earned the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and the coveted Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). He also holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) and a Nevada Supervising Community Manager license. Under his leadership, CCMC was named 2014 and 2016 Large Management Company of the Year by the Nevada chapter of CAI.
Prior to joining CCMC, Tony worked for United Development Corporation (UDC) in Mill Creek, Washington for 18 years. There he was responsible for land development of a 1,200 home master-planned community. He served on the Mill Creek Community Association Board of Directors from 1986 to 2000, and provided valuable consultation on the Developer Transition Committee and Architectural Control Committee.
Tony has served on homeowner association boards in Arizona and Washington and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Community Association Management Executives Organization (CAMEO) in Las Vegas. Tony earned his bachelor’s degree in geography, with an emphasis on urban planning, from the University of Wisconsin at Platteville. He plans to retire at the end of 2021.
