Nick began his career with a company that specialized in moving client community associations away from bankruptcy, by creating strong fiscal processes and procedures. Later, he would manage a large, active adult master planned resort community. In this role, he oversaw all financial and operational components; as well as food & beverage and lifestyle services. During his tenure, he was instrumental in bringing the Osher Lifelong Learning program to fruition in Arizona. More recently, he has served as general manager, regional vice president, president and CEO of four major Arizona management firms.

Nick holds the coveted Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI); and is past president and education committee member of the local CAI chapter. He has also earned his Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) certification from Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM), an organization he was instrumental in forming. In fact, he actually served on the first AACM board of directors. Currently he sits on their Professional Standards Committee. He is also a facilitator with the Leadership Centre.
