Andy Babbitt, who first joined CCMC in 2006 as the community manager for Valley Ranch in Irving, Texas, now provides leadership and oversight to all CCMC communities in Texas. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated a commitment to board relations and community engagement. He continues to do so as Central Division president. Before joining CCMC, Andy worked with several municipalities in Texas and California, specializing in community operations and recreation programming. His experience with commercial and municipal entities has proven to be extremely valuable to CCMC clients, as these are components of many of the master-planned communities we serve.
A graduate of Concordia University Irvine, Andy is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) and has earned his Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations from Community Associations Institute (CAI). Andy is on the local Austin Texas Community Association Advocates (TCAA) committee and serves as a national council member on the Lifestyle Residential Development Council-55 of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
