Todd Davidson Begins New Role as Chief Operating Officer of Client Fulfillment

Today, Todd Davidson will begin his new role as Chief Operating Officer of Client Fulfillment. “I look forward to collaborating with our division presidents to enhance our service product delivery across all markets and elevating our approach to team development.”

“Over the past few years, the alignment among our divisions has continued to increase,” explains CEO D. J. Cole. “We are confident this new structure will allow us to capitalize on the existing strengths of our teams and evolve our organization for sustained success in serving our clients and our team members. The strength of our brand depends upon the consistency of our service delivery and I believe centralizing the leadership of Client Fulfillment will enhance consistency of the customer experience, both in the management and consulting phases. Todd lives and breathes our vision, mission and purpose and we are very excited to have him leading this charge.”

Since 2011, Todd has served as Central division president, but his CCMC story began in 2003 when he was hired as our first club director for Estrella in Goodyear, Arizona. Two years later, he was promoted to assistant community manager. The following year, he was promoted to community manager for Vistancia in Peoria, Arizona. In 2008, he was named vice president. Under his exceptional leadership, our Central division grew from 45 communities to 86 including our entry into three new markets: Tennessee, South Carolina and California; before splitting off Florida and South Carolina into the newly-formed Eastern division earlier this year. “Todd has literally served at every level of Client Fulfillment,” says D. J. “This gives him a first-hand, real-world perspective on client solutions and team development. This will be invaluable to us moving forward.”

In addition to his Master’s Degree in Business, Todd is recognized as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). He has also been awarded the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Todd serves as Community Development Council (CDC) Silver Member for the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a multi-discipline real estate forum dedicated to creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide through the responsible use of land, and as an advisory committee member for the Texas Community Association Advocates (TCAA). Previously, he served on the board of directors for the DFW chapter of CAI. Prior to joining CCMC in 2003, Todd designed and managed several corporate recreation facilities in Arizona and Texas.
