CCMC is pleased to announce that we will be providing management and pre-development consulting services to Mattamy Homes for two new Phoenix-area neighborhoods. “We are delighted to provide such comprehensive service to this new client. Crosspointe is a gated community of 160 single-family homes, greenbelts, parks, an open-air pavilion, basketball court, picnic areas and barbecue stations. Located just northwest of Phoenix, Peoria is known for being a family-friendly suburb. Crosspointe features fresh new home designs and neighborhood amenities that make it easy to enjoy the company of family and friends close to home. After four months, CCMC has now completed its pre-development consulting services for this project. This led directly to a management agreement, which will begin on April 1, 2014.
Located on the southwest side of Phoenix, Palm Valley North will feature greenbelts and three community parks equipped with play structures, grills, ramadas and picnic areas in the city of Goodyear. It will grow to include 218 households. CCMC will begin providing pre-development consulting services on this project, which will include a review of all community documents and the development of a full-cycle budget.
