CCMC Names Jenna Perkins as Vice President

Jenna LaFleur 4CCMC is pleased to announce the promotion of Jenna Perkins to vice president for the western division. “For the past nine months, Jenna has proven her abilities as director of client fulfillment,” says division president Delores Ferguson. “She has led our team members to achieve more than they knew they were capable of, while simultaneously strengthening our bonds with clients. She has demonstrated her leadership capabilities and is now ready to assume a higher level of executive responsibility. Her new title will come with added responsibilities, including the addition of several new communities to her portfolio.” Jenna’s promotion will be effective on April 1, 2014.

Jenna first joined CCMC in 2001 as Parks & Recreation Manager at Celebration, Florida. During her tenure there, she developed a comprehensive strategic lifestyle plan for her department. Five years later, she would earn her Masters of Public Administration degree from the University of Central Florida, while working as a recreation superintendent for the City of St. Cloud. She would go on to serve as Parks & Leisure Services Director for the City of Oakland Park, overseeing more than 100 employees and leading the department through a national accreditation process. In that role, she completed a year-long comprehensive master plan for her department. She returned to CCMC in 2012 to complete many special projects for various communities. She has also been instrumental in developing several new internal training programs and providing pre-development consulting services to new clients.

Jenna holds her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) accreditation from Community Associations Institute and Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) certification from the Arizona Association of Community Managers. Her past leadership service includes conference committee member, southeast region board member, director’s committee chair and southeast region director elect for the Florida Recreation and Parks Association. She has also been an examiner for the Florida Sterling Council, certified with extensive training on performance excellence.
