The Pacific Coast Builders Conference hosted its annual Golden Nugget Awards ceremony last week, and we’re pleased to announce the judging committee named Daybreak in South Jordan, Utah, as “Masterplan Community of the Year.”
The annual awards competition drew more than 600 U.S. and international entries. Judges selected merits winners in more than 50 categories. The Golden Nugget Awards recognize those who improve communities through exceptional concepts in design, planning and development.
In addition to Daybreak, Headwaters in Dripping Springs, Texas, earned top honors for Best Community Land Plan.
“Daybreak continues to raise the bar for master-planned communities,” said Mountain Division president Tony Ledvina. “This award recognizes the efforts of Daybreak Communities, community leadership and the on-site management team to build on a reputation of excellence in the community. We’re proud to serve this community and grateful to the Pacific Coast Builders Conference for the recognition.”
