On June 10, 1973, the legacy of Capital Consultants Management Corporation began in Dallas, Texas. At the time, the company managed a small portfolio of apartment complexes; no one could imagine that four and a half decades later, it would serve more than 200 communities in 10 states across the country. In celebration of this milestone anniversary, we’ve asked team members and clients to share the story of why they chose CCMC – and we challenged them to do so in 45 words or less.

As a CCMC “boomerang,” I truly appreciate the work our team does to make communities in our care feel like home to our residents. I chose to return to CCMC because I enjoy working with colleagues and at a company whose values align with mine.
As CCMC celebrates its 45th anniversary, we take note of the 45 things my team does not have to worry about in NNP’s community development efforts at Estrella. Because of the excellent service CCMC provides, we can focus our efforts on development and client relations.
We chose CCMC for three reasons. 1) The capability and experience of our community manager. 2) The atmosphere being created and conveyed to all of our residents. 3) The move toward resort-style community living they’re developing for our community. Truly a winning combination.

CCMC provided me opportunities I’d never experienced before in my career. Leaders put faith in me to take the ball and run with it. And, in the process, I made some of the best friends – I mean, family – I could ever hope to have.

Attending industry events, I learned of CCMC’s reputation as a sought-after management company – for both clients and industry professionals. CCMC’s core values, mission statement and business goals so closely aligned with my own that I knew it was the right company for me.
We had little reserves, insufficient revenue, capital improvements needing repair and limited engagement with the developer. CCMC instituted a financial plan, oversaw capital projects, implemented saving measures, improved recordkeeping and communication and overhauled resident services. CCMC continues to provide ideal servant leadership for us.
I initially chose CCMC to put smiles on kids’ faces as a camp counselor. I continue to choose CCMC because of our dedication to providing the utmost level of care to residents and employees, and, of course, to still to put smiles on residents’ faces!
CCMC manages two of Taylor Morrison’s more complicated communities. CCMC employees are professional, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. The community managers establish and maintain a wonderful rapport with the residents while ensuring the interests of Taylor Morrison are upheld. It’s a pleasure to work with CCMC!
