Cole West Home and Village Development have selected CCMC to provide pre-development consulting services for Silver Creek Village, a new mixed-use community located in the town of Snyderville near Park City, Utah. Following Coral Canyon and Brio, this will be our third project with Cole West and our first with Village Development. “We are thrilled to watch our relationship with Cole West expand so quickly,” explains Nevada/Utah division president Tony Ledvina. “This is a great opportunity for us to demonstrate the value of our consulting products in a brand new market.”
Silver Creek Village will be situated on 240 acres and feature 939 multi-family households, 351 single-family homes and 50,000 square feet of neighborhood commercial space in a highly-amenitized village setting that will include 10 community parks, open space, civic hubs and a community garden. A vast network of internal and external trail systems will connect residents to shops, parks and neighboring communities. Sales are expected to begin this summer.
