CCMC has recently entered into an agreement with Toll Brothers to provide consulting and management services for Dorada Estates in Queen Creek, Arizona. The luxury residential community will eventually include 112 single-family, semi-custom homes on substantial lots. All homes will range in size from 3,400 and 5,000 square feet and will be situated around a community park. Three distinct elevations and six unique floor plans will build neighborhood interest and character that is in keeping with the region.
Dorada Estates will use beautiful design, quality materials and attractive landscaping to draw families seeking an intimate, executive neighborhood. “Toll Brothers vision for Dorada Estates focuses on preserving the land’s agricultural heritage, while promoting a strong family atmosphere,” explains CCMC division president Delores Ferguson, “Our role is to help them fulfill this vision by providing exceptional management and innovative lifestyle programming.”
