CCMC Selected to Provide Management Services to Sterling Ranch

CCMC will provide community management services to the “most remarkable new home master-planned community in Southwest Denver.” Douglas County’s Sterling Ranch will include nine unique villages surrounding an amenity-rich town center and will grow to 12,000 homes.

The community offers spectacular views of the mountains and southern foothills and is adorned with authentic Colorado architecture dedicated to mindful, sustainable resources and forward-thinking technologies. Focused on pedestrians, Sterling Ranch will feature 30 miles of trails, prolific open space and access to two state and three regional parks.

CCMC’s relationship with the development team behind Sterling Ranch began six years ago with an introduction by Todd Davidson. Vice president Gary Debus, who had a pre-existing connection with the principals, helped rekindle the relationship and reintroduced them to CCMC.

“This partnership with Sterling Ranch is a win for both the community and CCMC,” said Western Division president Delores Ferguson. “Years after our first discussions with the Sterling Ranch team, this relationship has become a reality, which is a testament to CCMC’s commitment to developing connections throughout the areas we serve. Sterling Ranch and its residents will make a fantastic addition to our growing portfolio of Colorado communities.”

Transition activities and the search for a community manager will begin immediately. Accounting support begins June 1.
