CCMC Names Tricia Hill Vice President of Human Resources

CCMC is pleased to announce the promotion of Tricia Hill to vice president of human resources. “For the past six years, Tricia has used her talent for building meaningful connections with people to attract and retain the absolute best community management professional for CCMC,” explains CFO and president of shared services, Mary Ann Hopf. “Her attitude, service orientation and extensive knowledge in her field have played an integral role in making CCMC the company it is today. She personifies the CCMC mission and purpose by treating all employees with respect and bringing people together with her leadership and passion for CCMC.”  

Tricia brings more than twenty five years of extensive experience in all aspects of her field including strategic planning, hiring, talent development, compensation, employee benefits, education, training, employee relations and HR information systems. Driven by a desire to make CCMC a company where people and careers can flourish, Tricia consistently demonstrates her ability to use existing talent to grow new talent. Straight-talking and business-minded, Tricia previously led human resources functions for three other Arizona firms. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Arizona State University with an emphasis in human resources, and her master’s in business administration from Central Michigan University. Tricia also holds the prestigious Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. She is actively involved with the Kyrene Foundation and volunteers for AYSO Challenge Soccer Club and Feed My Starving Children.
