CCMC has been named the new community association management firm for Towne Lake, a Caldwell Companies master plan in northwest Houston, Texas. Currently, Towne Lake has 750 homes and will eventually grow to 3,000. Planned around the fourth largest lake in Houston, this community was designed for all types of water sports and beach activities including motorized boats, water skiing, wake boarding, fishing and swimming. Residential, retail, commercial and recreation facilities will surround the beautiful 300-acre lake and 14 miles of shoreline. “The vision for Towne Lake is unlike any other,” explains CCMC division president Todd Davidson, “Imagine a place where blue skies and calm waters draw you away from hectic schedules and into the present moment with family and friends. That is the experience of Towne Lake. CCMC is extremely pleased to be a part of this multifaceted project.”
