Caldwell Companies has named CCMC the community association management firm for Willowcreek Ranch, an exclusive equestrian community in northwest Houston. Located in the Tomball area and designed for 250 custom home sites, Willowcreek Ranch is both scenic and serene. The centerpiece of this community will be a sparkling 40-acre lake. Willowcreek Ranch will ultimately offer full equestrian facilities, more than 7 miles of riding trails, boat house, fitness center, parks and open space.
