CCMC has been selected as the new community management solution for Garden Lakes, a master-planned, waterfront living community in the Phoenix suburb of Avondale. “For the past three months, we have worked closely with the resident board members, answering several rounds of questions for them about our company and our unique approach to community management,” explains division president Delores Ferguson. “We have demonstrated the CCMC difference through our detailed responsiveness. Now, we welcome the opportunity to exceed the expectations of residents and board members, alike.” Our management services will begin on September 1, 2017.
