Cole West Home has selected CCMC as the community management solution for Brio, a new master-planned community near St. George that is geared towards mature, active buyers. This 190-acre project will ultimately grow to 700 households. Following Coral Canyon, this will be our second community with Cole West. Our services at Brio will begin on April 1, 2017.
