The results are in and CCMC manages two of the 10 top-selling master-planned communities in the country! That’s according to the recently-released list by RCLCO, a national real estate advisory firm. The ranking is based on total home sales, as reported by each individual community.
Coming in at #4 is Mountain’s Edge in Las Vegas, Nevada. Up one slot from last year, this community sold an impressive 841 homes last year. Providence, also in Las Vegas, was ranked #7 with 726 houses sold. According to RCLCO, success factors include key community investments, product innovation, marketing tactics, new business lines, and builder relationships.
