The Dallas Builders Association recently announced finalists for its annual McSAM Awards, which include several nominations for communities served by CCMC, including Heartand, Trinity Fall, Wildridge and Windsong Ranch. The McSAM Awards, created in 1979, recognize sales and marketing experience among builders, developers and associates who have made a significant and creative contribution to the community.
Award winners will be announced at the McSAM Awards Banquet on April 14. CCMC team members and partners named as finalists include:
- Lifestyle Director of the Year: Bonita Plested (Heartland) and Jeremy Mayes (Wildridge)
- Best Lifestyle Annual Program: Windsong Ranch, Heartland and Wildridge
- Best Special Event/Promotion: Trinity Falls
- And more.
“Recognition as finalists in such a wide and diverse range of categories alone is a great accomplishment for our Dallas-area communities,” said Central Division president Andy Babbitt. “No matter what happens April 14, I’m proud of the efforts of our teams and our partners to provide the highest-quality service and to create experiences that connect people in each community we serve.”
