CCMC is pleased to announce that Red Rock Country Club Homeowners Association has been named 2012 Southern Nevada Outstanding Large Association of the Year by the Nevada Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI). Presented at the CAI Nevada Chapter Gala on January 13, 2013, the award recognizes communities with at least 501 households for exceptional homeowner education, problem solving and community participation. “Under the dynamic and focused leadership of our board of directors, we were able to accomplish several major goals, including significant security and communication enhancements,” explains CCMC community manager Sharon Bolinger, “As a result, we have witnessed a noticeable increase in homeowner satisfaction with the association, board and staff.”

In fact, Sharon herself was named 2012 AMS Manager of the Year on the same night. Her association’s insatiable pursuit of excellence, coupled with her own community service earned her this top honor. She currently serves on the CAI Nevada’s Programs Committee and Legislative Action Committee. She recently earned the coveted Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.

Sharon joined CCMC in 2005. Over the years, she has taken on more responsibility and proven to be a skilled leader. “Each day, Sharon works to find solutions for our residents and make smart recommendations to the board,” explains CCMC division president Tony Ledvina, “We congratulate her and her community on their well-deserved awards.”
