Dylan Reed Named Lifestyle Director of the Year at NRFBA Laurel Awards

Shearwater’s Dylan Reed has been named Lifestyle Director of the Year by the Northeast Florida Builders Association. Dylan, who was recently promoted from lifestyle director to assistant community manager, was recognized at the NEFBA’s Laurel Awards last week.

“Dylan has become a true leader in the Shearwater community,” said vice president Jenna Perkins. “As a lifestyle director, he worked tirelessly to build awareness around community news and events and to develop relationships with and among the community. This award is much deserved and a great capstone to his time as a lifestyle director, as he settles into his new role.”

Shearwater and its developer, Freehold Communities, earned a number of other Laurel Awards, as well, including:

  • Best Customer Promotional Event
  • Best Brochure
  • Best Overall Advertising Campaign
  • Best Print Campaign
  • Best Realtor Promotional Event
  • Best Radio Commercial/Campaign
  • Best Community Amenity

“These community awards are a testament to the leadership of community director Jill Flores, her team and our partners at Freehold Communities,” Jenna said. “We’re grateful to see this top-tier community and the people responsible for making it feel like home recognized with such a diverse set of awards.”
