CCMC has been selected to provide pre-development consulting services for Vistal Golf Club, a new golf community located in the heart of Phoenix at the base of South Mountain. Developed by Grayhawk Development, this 140-acre neighborhood will eventually include up to 550 households situated around an existing championship golf course, designed by PGA Tour Design Services in consultation with PGA Tour players Tom Lehman, Billy Mayfair, and Howard Twitty. Four sets of tee boxes allow golfers to choose to play yardage from 5,235 to 7,013.
“This project came about as the result of the strong and lasting partnership we have formed with this like-minded client,” explains division president Delores Ferguson. Our relationship with Grayhawk Development goes back 18 years, and this will be our fourth project together. Others include Grayhawk, Whisper Rock Estates and Saguaro Bloom. Additionally, the CCMC team at Aviano hosts the annual Baehr Challenge event to fight Parkinson’s disease, named for Grayhawk Development’s vice president of land development, Brian Baehr.
