CCMC Names Sara Huff Vice President, Central Division

CCMC is pleased to welcome Sara Huff to our leadership team. With more than 15 years of professional experience, Sara brings her extensive knowledge base and stellar reputation to CCMC. In her new role as vice president, she will work closely with Andy Babbitt and Jeff Girardeau to share her talents for community leadership and operational excellence with our growing list of clients and team members throughout the Texas Hill Country. “Sara’s impressive background, coupled with her exceptional reputation in Austin, makes her the perfect fit for CCMC,” explains central division president Todd Davidson. “We are thrilled to welcome her to our leadership team.”

Originally from Houston, Sara earned her bachelor degree from Texas Tech University. Most recently served as general manager for another management company, leading a team of eight portfolio managers. Her ability to streamline process and create efficiencies, all while improving service, set her apart. Her previous roles include director of community development and senior community manager. Sara began her career as a customer service representative for the Houston Symphony and sites this experience as the foundation of her service-orientation. She is recognized as a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS). For the past decade, Sara has been actively involved with the Community Associations Institute, Austin Chapter and will serve as board president this year. Her personal mantra is, “Do good and do not stop.”

Sara has been married for 13 years to her husband Carter, an executive sous chef at the University of Texas. They have one six-year old daughter, Iris, and a houseful of pets. Their family enjoys living in the “Live Music Capital of the World” and attends many concerts and music festivals. They also enjoy traveling to historic sites and museums. In her personal time, Sara loves literature and reads every chance she gets.
