For the past 18 months, CCMC has been providing pre-development consulting services to Statesman USA for their new project in Chandler named The Cays at Downtown Ocotillo. “I am very pleased to announce that we have now successfully transitioned this community from consulting to management,” says western division president Delores Ferguson. “This transition is the result of our long-standing and successful relationship with Statesman.” Our management services will begin immediately. CCMC first started doing business with Statesman USA in 2006, when we were hired to manage Toscana of Desert Ridge.
