Dylan Reed Named Lifestyle Director of the Year at NRFBA Laurel Awards

Shearwater’s Dylan Reed has been named Lifestyle Director of the Year by the Northeast Florida Builders Association. Dylan, who was recently promoted from lifestyle director to assistant community manager, was recognized at the NEFBA’s Laurel Awards last week.

“Dylan has become a true leader in the Shearwater community,” said vice president Jenna Perkins. “As a lifestyle director, he worked tirelessly to build awareness around community news and events and to develop relationships with and among the community. This award is much deserved and a great capstone to his time as a lifestyle director, as he settles into his new role.”

Shearwater and its developer, Freehold Communities, earned a number of other Laurel Awards, as well, including:

  • Best Overall Advertising Campaign
  • Best Print Campaign

Arden Wins Big at NAHB’s Nationals Awards

South Florida’s first agri-hood added a few more accomplishments to its record, as Arden took home several honors during the National Association of Home Builder’s Nationals Awards earlier this week in Las Vegas.

Arden, developed by Freehold Communities, earned:

  • Gold Award | Best Community Amenity
  • Silver Award | Best Masterplanned Community
  • Gold Award | Best Website for a Community
  • Gold Award | Best Realtor/Broker Program

Shearwater in St. Augustine, Florida, also developed by Freehold Communities, earned the Silver Award for Best Realtor/Broker Program.

“We’re extremely proud of the recognition Arden and Shearwater received at The Nationals,” said vice president Jenna Perkins. “The teams at these communities have worked hard to bring community programs to life and to engage homeowners, businesses and local realtors, and they should be proud of these accomplishments.”

Megan Conklin Named Lifestyle Director of the Year at Silver Nugget Awards

Congratulations to Megan Conklin, lifestyle director at Inspirada in Henderson, Nevada, for being named Lifestyle Director of the Year at the 2019 Silver Nugget Awards, hosted by the Las Vegas Review-Journal and Southern Nevada Home Builders Association.

Megan joined CCMC in 2016. This is the first year the Silver Nugget Awards have featured the Lifestyle Director of the Year category.

“Congratulations to Megan for this much-deserved recognition,” said Debra Wyatte, vice president of Lifestyle Services. “She has proven herself a valued partner with the builders at Inspirada, and the community has embraced the spirit of lifestyle she fosters in the community. Being the inaugural Lifestyle Director of the Year is an accomplishment, and this award gives Megan and our other Las Vegas lifestyle directors something to strive for in the future.”

Home Builders Association of Austin Names Candice Roy Lifestyle Director of the Year

Congratulations to Candice Roy, lifestyle director at Travisso in Leander, Texas, for being named the 2018 Lifestyle Director of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Austin. The HBA chapter hosted its annual MAX Awards ceremony this past weekend.

In addition to Candice’s recognition, Travisso also placed as a finalist for Best Design for a Community, Lifestyle Program and Master-Planned Community of the Year.

Bryson, also located in Leander, claimed top honors for Best Design for a Community and placed as a finalist for Lifestyle Program and Master-Planned Community of the Year.

The Lodge at Heritage at Vizcaya, located in Round Rock, earned honors as a finalist for Amenity of the Year.

“Congratulations to Candice, who is more than deserving of this recognition, and the teams at Travisso, Bryson and Heritage at Vizcaya, too,” said division president Andy Babbitt. “Being recognized by the Home Builders Association of Austin is a great achievement, and we appreciate having the opportunity to serve these and many other amazing communities in the Austin area.”

CCMC Earns Spot on Best Place to Work List and Celebrates our Top Ranking Arizona Communities

Publisher AZ Big Media recently released the results of the 2019 Ranking Arizona Survey, which recognizes the top Arizona businesses in a variety of categories. CCMC, for the very first time, ranked among Arizona’s Best Place to Work; while no less than 12 of the communities we serve were recognized as Arizona’s best Master-Planned Communities.

Vistancia in Peoria maintained its place atop the list of Master-Planned Communities (2,501 Homes or More), which it has held for several years. The announcement read, “Set among the stunning backdrop of mountain ranges with views of the natural Sonoran Desert, Vistancia offers some of the best in new home options and community living.”

All CCMC-served communities placing in this category’s top 10 include:
