CCMC currently has a full-time Covenants and Architectural Coordinator position at SunCrest in Draper, UT.
The Covenants/Architectural Coordinator will be responsible for executing scheduled visual inspections of the community to ensure homeowners are following the requirements regarding maintaining the general appearance of their homes and surrounding property as indicated by the Declaration of Covenants and Rules & Regulations. Other responsibilities will include reviewing, coordinating, and communicating with the Board of Trustees, Covenants Committee, Design Review Board and Modifications Committee. As well as, assisting with the creation and adoption of violation policies and be responsible for tracking and coordinating the fine process.
Qualified candidates must be self-motivated, communicate effectively both writing and orally, and able to work with a declarant board of directors and a committee of homeowners. Must have a working knowledge of both the legal process for the community in regards to fines, assessments, liens and State Statutes, and know basic knowledge of MS office such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
The position of Covenants and Architectural Coordinator is not an 8 – 5, Monday – Friday desk job, therefore qualified candidates must be able to work full-time hours that are flexible and will include nights, weekends and holidays. As the preparation and implementation of inspections may take place outdoors, candidates must also be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, stand for extended periods of time, and may be required to repetitively lift and move up to 25 lbs. Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and personal vehicle.
