CCMC currently has a full-time Community Standards Inspector position at Celebration in Celebration, FL!

The Inspector is an employee of CCMC and assists the Community Standards team in the field to fulfill the overall responsibilities of the Community Standards Department, which entails both implementing and enforcing the CC&Rs for CROA through the Covenants and ARC process. Ultimately, the Inspector is the initiator of many covenants items for residential properties. The Inspector is also the main point of contact for the Community Standards Department to Residents out in the field. The success of the Community Standards department can best be measured through the appearance of the residential properties because of covenants letters sent to residents as well as the assistance provided to residents through reviewed applications for exterior architectural changes to residents on a monthly basis.

The Inspector position requires the ongoing inspection of residential properties on behalf of the Community Standards Department. It is generally a field position combined with some daily administrative deskwork as well as daily residential interaction to provide the highest customer service possible.

Additionally, the Community Standards Inspector will be responsible for regular year-round inspections of Community residential properties in NEVs and on foot; re-inspections for purposes of escalating letters through different stages of covenants process; attending board meetings, Covenant meeting and Appeal agendas, etc.; resale inspections/pictures; pictures for review of new ARC projects and completed projects; looking into and taking pictures responding to Homeowner complaints; scheduled meeting with residents and impromptu meetings while in their neighborhoods); administrative tasks including emails, downloading pictures, relabeling for property, filing pictures appropriately for team access.

All prospective employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
