CCMC currently has a full-time Community Standards Inspector position at Celebration in Celebration, FL!
The Community Standards Inspector will be responsible for the daily inspections and re-inspections of covenants items and ARC resident applications as dictated by team members. It is generally a field position combined with some daily administrative desk work as well as some daily resident interaction to provide the highest customer service possible.
Such daily responsibilities will be community inspections, sending emails to residents, taking photos of properties, talking with residents throughout town, reviewing Architectural applications for completion, administrative tasks, and any other related work as assigned by management.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED; supplemented by digital camera skills and basic computer skills along with Microsoft programs. Additionally, must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License with no major offenses. As this is an outside position, an ability to work in temperatures exceeding 100 degrees for extended periods of time is mandatory.
