CCMC currently has an Administrative/Covenants Coordinator position at Candelas located in Arvada, CO!
The Administrative/Covenants Coordinator will work closely with the District Manager in servicing clients and will provide office assistance, membership support and clerical administration for the District. This position is multi-faceted and supports the site management team in a variety of duties ranging from compliance inspections, CCRC Application reviews and administrative duties. Some responsibilities will include: confidential administrative support to the District Manager; phone support at the front desk; greet homeowners and answer questions as needed; prepare Homeowner welcome packets; ensure office supplies are ordered and keep inventory maintained; create covenant violation letters; and create, update and maintain reports for the Community. Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in an Administrative or Covenants Coordinator role and/or 5 years of comparable work experience. Strong attention to detail as well as, strong knowledge of Microsoft office and database software. This individual should have excellent people skills, be assertive, and have a professional and a poised disposition. Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, be able to establish and maintain good working relationships with the Board, staff, residents, volunteers, and contractors, and must be able to review and have a general understanding of Governing documents, Design guidelines, and meeting requirements for each Association.
