CCMC Realigns Colorado, Names Denise Hogenes Vice President

Did you know that CCMC currently manages four associations and two districts near Denver, Colorado? “Like Dallas and Houston, Denver offers an environment that is attractive to many employers. This creates new demands on the housing market,” explains CEO D. J. Cole. “We have also seen increased demand for district management in this area. As a result, our business in Colorado will only continue to grow.” In order to manage this growth, and meet the expectations of current and future clients, CCMC has made the strategic decision to move our Colorado operations from the central division to the western division, led by Delores Ferguson.

Denise HogenesWith this division realignment, comes the promotion of Denise Hogenes. In her new role as vice president for the western division, Denise will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to all CCMC associations and districts in Colorado and Salt Lake City, Utah. Most recently, Denise served as director of client fulfillment for the central division, overseeing communities in Colorado and Texas. She joined CCMC in 2008 as community manager for Anthem Highlands. In 2011, she was promoted to community manager for Anthem Ranch. “It is wonderful to play a role in the success of other future CCMC leaders,” says Denise, “There is nothing more rewarding than recruiting great people and giving them the support and knowledge they need to realize their full potential within our firm.”

Denise earned her M.S. from Colorado State University. She is recognized as a CMCA by Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) and holds the AMS and PCAM designations from CAI. She currently serves on the Urban Land Institute’s Colorado’s Community Development Product Council, creating educational and networking opportunity to a select group of members.
