CCMC has been named the community management firm for Lewis Pointe. Developed by Lennar Colorado, this metropolitan district will eventually have 450 homes. Lewis Pointe will be the fourth Lennar project in Colorado managed by CCMC. The others include Adonea Metropolitan District, Heritage Todd Creek Community Association and Heritage Todd Creek Metropolitan District. Our management services for Lewis Pointe will begin on December 1.
