With more than 30,000 members, ULI is recognized as one of the world’s most respected sources of information regarding urban planning, growth and development. As a CDC Silver Member, Todd will join an elite network of 50 developers, land planners, and other professionals who, like CCMC, have a specific expertise in master-planned communities and are recognized as industry leaders who offer innovative application in their respective fields. “This is quite an honor for CCMC, as ours is the only community management firm on CDC Silver.” says Todd. “This is a testament to CCMC’s reputation in the industry and the value we bring to the table.”

Today, ULI has 25 U.S. Product Councils, each with its own narrow focus. These Councils offer industry leaders various opportunities to exchange information and share best practices. The focus of the CDC is the development of new suburban neighborhoods and mixed-use large-scale communities. Council Members play a critical role in building communities, developing neighborhoods, bringing residential and recreation spaces to life, and designing facilities that are sustainable environments. Silver Members have the highest level of commitment and responsibility to their Councils. This includes presenting, advising, publishing, educating, researching and serving.
