CCMC Names Nicole Engelmann Vice President, Corporate Communications

Nicole Engelmann newCCMC is pleased to announce the promotion of Nicole Engelmann to vice president of corporate communications. “I am incredibly grateful to be a member of the CCMC family,” she explains. “It is extremely rewarding to contribute to a company that puts people first and values innovative ideas that can transform our industry.”

Originally from New Mexico, Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona. In 2000, she joined CCMC as lifestyle director for the Grayhawk Community Association in Scottsdale. Six years later, she was named CCMC’s first corporate lifestyle director and served in that role through 2013. Under her leadership, CCMC designed unique pre-development lifestyle consulting services that remain unmatched in our industry while recruiting, training and connecting our national lifestyle teams. Prior to joining CCMC, Nicole served as community relations manager for Barnes & Noble in Raleigh, North Carolina.

In 2014, Nicole was named our first communications director. As leader of our communications efforts, Nicole is responsible for corporate-wide client and employee communications, marketing support, media relations, and support of community-level communications. Nicole also developed the training class Dealing with Difficult People several years ago and continues to lead this class today in various markets. “Since 2014 Nicole has taken our communications to a new level,” says CEO D. J. Cole “She expertly captures CCMC’s unique culture and purpose in messaging to our employees, clients and prospects.” Most recently, Nicole has led projects to assess and enhance the branding and communications of several long-standing clients including Celebration, Florida, Mountain’s Edge, Nevada, Estrella, Arizona and Johnson Ranch, Arizona. The CCMC Communications Department also plays a key role in the design of websites and materials for many new clients when they become CCMC partners.
