CCMC Names Brett Wiklund as Director of Client Fulfillment

Brett WiklundCCMC is pleased to announce the promotion of Brett Wiklund. In his new role as director of client fulfillment for the central division, Brett will be responsible for establishing solid client relationships, training and mentoring several Dallas-area teams, and the daily coaching of managers on applying the art of community management that differentiates CCMC. “Brett’s intelligence, passion for people, ethical integrity, and servant leadership have always set him apart,” explains division president Todd Davidson. “His career with CCMC is a wonderful example of the opportunity our company holds.”

Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Brett is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University. He joined CCMC in 2006 as the lifestyle director for Power Ranch, Arizona. Later, he would serve as the lifestyle director, assistant community manager, and community manager for Toscana, Arizona. Since January 2014, Brett Wiklund has been the community manager for Hill Country Retreat, an active adult community in San Antonio, Texas. Under his extraordinary leadership, this community has increased association reserves by nearly 20%, reorganized our staffing structure to increase customer service and overall productivity, rewritten the design guidelines to accommodate xeriscaping in accordance with state and local regulations, and prepared for transition to homeowner control by adding two resident directors to the board. His exceptional performance over the years has led to his latest promotion. “I am truly grateful for my CCMC team members and the incredible leaders who have mentored me over the years,” says Brett. “This company is like family to me and I am honored to be asked to represent it in this new capacity.”

Brett is recognized as a CMCA® by Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). He is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leadership Group Partnership Forum, a highly-respected and fully-integrated group of real estate professionals, all under the age of 35. He currently serves as the Chair of the Membership Committee for the San Antonio Chapter of Community Associations Institute.
