CCMC Expands Lifestyle Services Department

cathy-pai-2016CCMC is pleased to announce the promotion of Cathy Pai to director of lifestyle services for the western division. In her new role, Cathy will serve as a resource and liaison to all CCMC lifestyle team members and clients throughout Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah. She will partner with vice president of lifestyle services, Lisa Capriotti, in order to inspire team members to further CCMC’s purpose of creating unique lifestyle experiences that connect people and turn neighbors into friends.

“Over the past there years, the CCMC lifestyle team has grown by nearly 90% and we now have more than 100 on-site lifestyle professionals serving our communities. This number will only continue to grow,” explains CEO D. J. Cole. “Our rapidly-expanding lifestyle team will require more CCMC leaders on the ground to assist our vice presidents of lifestyle services with pre-development consulting, launching new communities and training our team members.” Cathy is the first of two directors that will be added over the next year. “I am honored to have this opportunity to serve the CCMC family of team members, clients and residents,” Cathy explains. “I am committed to infusing kindness and optimism into our daily work experience and inspiring our people to work with passion as they share the love of lifestyle in their offices and communities.”

Originally from Chicago, Cathy joined CCMC in 2012. For the past three years, she has served as lifestyle director for Mountain Bridge in Mesa, Arizona, launching a robust calendar of events, programs, classes and clubs for this growing community. Previously, she served as lifestyle director for Spectrum at Val Vista in Gilbert, Arizona. Her professional background includes work with Desert Valley Urgent Care, C.T.Designs and UHaul Corporation. With a long history of public service, Cathy is dedicated to improving the quality of life in American neighborhoods. Her public service record includes serving on the boards for the Gilbert Education Foundation and Arizona Disabled Sports (AzDs). She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Psychology from the University of Central Florida. “Cathy’s enthusiasm for building relationships and her talent for connecting with team members, residents and clients make her the perfect fit for this new position,” says Lisa. “We welcome her fresh perspective and are delighted to congratulate her on this well-deserved promotion.”
